This is occurring due to one of the following reasons:
- Your license information was not entered into your company profile in HUB
- Your license to sell has expired, and it has not yet been renewed in the HUB
To verify the status of your license, please navigate to your Insurance Council website, found below:
If your license is up to date and you are seeing this error message when trying to purchase coverage, please call Customer Success for immediate access to sell.
