Yes, you may submit an amendment request via our self-serve tools in the HUB by navigating to the specific policy and clicking "Amend this contract":


 


Under Customer Information, click on Add Another Contract Holder:


 

Enter their name, phone number, and address. Click on Review Changes and then click on Submit changes.  


Please note that in order for a customer to make this request on their own, we require to be contacted by the primary contract holder directly.
