In your Quick Quote screen, click on "Vehicle/Customer Details" > "Advanced Options" > check off "Native Status".


 


If your customer resides on the reserve in Ontario: taxes must be manually waived by our Customer Success team. 


Please send an email to success@lgm.ca advising us of this by indicating the contract number in the subject line of your email. Upon receipt of your request, we will internally waive both taxes within 2 business days. 


Please note that if the product is financed through LGM's NIDPP program, we will arrange for both taxes to be returned to the customer directly.
