The cancellation reason "Loyalty — Purchased New Contract" should be used 30 days outside of the contract purchase date, when a customer is cancelling coverage and purchasing a new one with LGM. 


Please note a loyalty cancellation will be approved under the condition that the new policy number entered is enforced in the HUB, and if one of the following matches the primary and/or secondary contract holder's information: 

  1. Phone number on new policy 
  2. Last name on new policy 
  3. Postal code on new policy 

The refund amount will be pro-rated based on the current usage, and any administration fees (including taxes) are waived.
